Famous Ghanaian actor, Lilwin, known privately as Kwadwo Nkansah, will be arraigned before court following his arrest.
The popular Kumawood actor was arrested on Monday, June 3, 2024, following his car accident.
Lilwin’s car accident, which happened on May 25, 2024, claimed the life of a 3-year-old boy.
Following pressure mounted on the police, he was finally arrested after he was discharged from the hospital.
He was apprehended by police at the Motor Traffic and Transport Department (MTTD) of the Manhyia Divisional Police Command.
Lilwin was taken into custody at the Manhyia Divisional Police Command of the MTTD for investigations to continue.
Arrangements were made for him to be arraigned before court after his statement was taken by the police on Monday, June 3, 2024.
His health condition after the accident, according to the police, delayed the process of his arrest.
Meanwhile, the family of the 3-year-old boy who died in the car accident is demanding justice.
